Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment, less any original shipping charges.
Because each Soleil Bloom is one of a kind, exact replacements are not available.

If you would like to exchange your item for another design of equal value, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to help you select another available piece.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every order. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photographs of:

the damaged item,

the packaging,

and the shipping box.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
